Adding a garden feature.

The old wall had to be re moved due to quality of build and space needed for decking.

All the stone was pulled back and demolition work began

Some 500 bricks and 100 breeze blocks were used.

The work was undertaken in 2002 between Easter and Spring bank holiday.

As soon as the wood arrived the rain started and held things up for a while

Once the rain had stopped the timber work recommenced and parts were screwed togather.

Starting to take full shape, the hand railing and decking board proved to be a time consuming task.

The staining begins; note all wood was re treated by tanelising before construction and plenty of wood preserve was used for all saw ends.
